SIFFA CHILE REPRESENTATIVE: ERIKA WALESKA FUCHSLOCHER ARANCIBIA

I am a Sports Journalist who has dedicated a large part of her Professional life to the Development of Women’s Soccer in my country since 2005. I have been a member of the LOC of the Chilean Soccer Federation with the mission of organizing the First Cup of the World in South America FIFA U-20 World Cup. My performance in the Chilean Football Federation for 14 years in different areas was the Management of the FF competition uninterrupted until today. Development and Legacy of FF. Communications in National Youth Teams and their Technical Bodies (male). Copa América Chile 2015 in the Men’s National Team (International Press Relations). Copa América Femenina 2019 (First classification on the field to the World Cup in France 2019 of an adult Women’s Team from Chile).

Then came the stage in Clubs (Universidad de Chile – in Sports Talent Development and Club Santiago Morning, three-time Women’s Soccer Champion in Chile as Communications and Marketing Manager.

Today I dedicate myself to the world of consulting in the Sports field and I am too happy to participate in this incredible innovation such as the First and Only International Union of Women’s Soccer and Related – SIFFA

SIFFA UKRAINE REPRESENTATIVE: OLEG DZIUBA

UEFA PRO Coach, from Ukraine Odessa.

Creator of the “ELDAR” Belek Sports Training and Rehabilitation Center Project in the City of Turkey, located in the province of Antalaya, on the Mediterranean Coast. In the Project he describes the different offers that he will provide, such as: Soccer Club, Official Games, Soccer Training, Accommodation, Nutrition, Gymnastics, Rehabilitation. In addition, it will have a Hotel Complex for 100 people, dining room for 50 people. Conference room, Offices. Grandstands for 800 people with electronic scoreboard, lighting and video camera. It will be a complex with changing rooms for 2 teams. Coaches and Referees Room. Pool and Mini Soccer Field.

He is a very committed and creative writer. The book tells the History of the Creation of the Soccer Team, Soccer accounting, the work of a Soccer Talent Recruiter in a European Soccer Club. The mass selection method is described on the example of one of the African countries and the point selection method. Recommendations were given to the coaches-scouts about their work.

The book can be of general interest, Soccer Club Agents, Academies and anyone who loves Soccer.

SIFFA JAPAN REPRESENTATIVE: YUSUKE KATO

I am Kato YUZUKE of Japanese origin, I have been a Professional Soccer Player at Club Atlético Huracán from 2006 to 2009, in the First Division of Argentine Soccer, becoming the first Japanese player to play in the Argentine First Division

Later I played in the Japan, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mongolia and Bangladesh Leagues.

I retired at the end of 2021 and started my work at the Soccer Academy in Thailand.

Now we have 10 women who are loving this beautiful sport, they are like my daughters and I am always thinking about what I can do for them and their future.

This First and Only International Union of Women’s Football and Related – SIFFA, is to fulfill my Ideas and objectives so that all female soccer players are well.

So I am very happy to belong to this Union!!

SIFFA EGYPT REPRESENTATIVE: AHMED HASSANEN

This First and Only International Union of Women’s Football and Related- SIFFA is so important for each of the Egyptian players as they promote their rights and generate a professional work environment that qualifies us to reach the world. I am very proud and motivated to be a representative of SIFFA, I will do my best to develop and support women in Women’s Soccer.

SIFFA TURKEY REPRESENTATIVE: REGINA DANILOVA

I am born in Kazakhstan, currently living in Antalya, Turkey since 2020. I played volleyball for 23 years and was called up to the National Team several times. With my husband we have bought a Second Division Amateur Soccer Club. My husband is the current Trainer and I do the camera work. I record the matches and training sessions with a drone, which are later used for Video Analysis.

We have a comprehensive Project to build a Soccer Base and we believe that this project will soon crystallize.

We want women to be valued and respected in the same way. We want to do everything possible to develop Women’s Football.

I am very happy to have had the opportunity to be close to people as wonderful as you, Dr. Campos. I am very grateful to be in this First and Only International Union of Women’s Football and Related SIFFA. I believe that we can help Women’s Soccer to reach a great Level.

SIFFA MEXICO REPRESENTATIVE: ANDREA LIZETH VARGAS

I am an Environmental Consultant and of territorial areas, for 5 years I have been committed to the world of Soccer, where I participated in various Projects as a specialist in Sports Administration and Marketing.

I have a Soccer School for boys and girls, which is located in Mexico City. I am currently an active member of a Men’s National Soccer League that will start in August 2023, but with the aim of including the Women’s category soon.

Today, Mexico is a country with masculine tendencies, which is why this project of the First and Only International Union of Women’s Football and Related- SIFFA is not only super interesting to me, but it seems to me a very good opportunity to bet on a change, where, the sports competition of this beautiful sport, does not include labor inequalities.

SIFFA CUBA REPRESENTATIVE: RULE OF L CARIDAD SOLORZANO GOMEZ

I am an organized and proactive person who likes challenges and participating in new projects.

I have worked in the world of art, making video clips and films with the Cuban film institute, as well as working in the Ibero-American Summit of Capo de Estado where I participated in the Cecilia Valdez Theater Play.

Being a member of the First and Only International Union of Women’s Football and Related- SIFFA means a great responsibility for me in which I will have the valuable job of ensuring their labor rights. That is why I want to enter so that Cuba, as throughout the world, respects the rights of Women’s Soccer.

SIFFA MOLDOVA REPRESENTATIVE: VERONICA LUPU

Founder and President of the Association of Women in Legal Careers, Moldova, and member of the International Federation of Women in Legal Careers.

She is an expert specialized in Women’s Human Rights who represents women beneficiaries of different Political, Social and Cultural Rights.

I have experience developing and promoting collaboration to strengthen access to Justice for Women and Girls. I represent the Women’s Forum in the Committee for the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, also to prepare the preparation by the NGOs to the Committee of a General Recommendation on the equal representation of women in decision-making systems. I lead an important Legal Training program at the National and Regional level, for public servants committed to the Protection of the Rights of Women and Children. I am committed to providing leadership, a collective voice, and essential resources to advance women in the legal profession and ensure women’s equality before the law.

SIFFA GERMANY REPRESENTATIVE: FABIO ROBERTO PEREIRA DE OLIVEIRA

My name is Fabio Roberto Pereira de Oliveira, Nicknamed “Kaiser Fabinho” I was a Professional Soccer Player. I played in various clubs in Europe, such as (FC Bayern, Zska, Lo Keren, Herthabsc, San Lorenzo).

In addition, I was a Women’s Soccer Coach in the Countries of Iceland and Norway.

It is my goal from GERMANY to join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA to help the development of Women’s Football in this Country. It is an honor and a pride for me to belong.

SIFFA POLAND REPRESENTATIVE : KARINA BRZOZOWICZ

My name is Karina, I am of Polish origin from Warsaw. I own a Real Estate business, selling Art and Antiques. Likewise, I am a Producer of Wine and Floral Essences. Trained in Educational Management. I am also Business Menagement, PECSABA Therapist in France and TEEACH in the USA.

SIFFA SWITZERLAND-GENEVA REPRESENTATIVE: ARCHIE RAWAT

First of all, it is an Honor to be with you and thank you for welcoming me to this Project.

I have lived all my life in Geneva, where my showroom is located where I travel and hold events in those Cities. I am a Designer in my own Fashion Company. LA HAEERA is my brand… A mix of Oriental and Cosmopolitan designs. I speak 3 languages fluently, as well as a smattering of German and a little bit of Portuguese.

My reason for joining the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA is because I believe in the growth and development of Women in Women’s Football.

I found it through Sports and the Arts when I was at School, that was my escape and my Passion.

I would love to support these Women from all over the world as I believe we are on the brink of a GREAT NEW ERA for Women and Football, for their Independence, Passion and effort in what they believe.

SIFFA CROATIA REPRESENTATIVE: SANJIN ŽEGREC

I’m Sanjin Žegrec, Former Amateur Soccer Player and Coach, and now I’m a Soccer Analyst and Soccer Agent.

As a Coach in my career, I have worked with young male and female soccer players in different Clubs. I want to join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA and with my work I want to improve Women’s Football in Croatia which is at a low level.

I am sure that with my skill and work I can improve it.

There is no reason why Women’s Soccer should not improve and become more popular in the future.

They do not have the same Rights as men and deserve to be equal in relation to them.

SIFFA SYRIA REPRESENTATIVE: AHMAD JAD BARAKAT

I am Ahmad Jad BARAKAT, I live in SYRIA, I am a Medical Student, I am about to graduate.

I used to play Soccer when I was young, but I stopped playing professionally when I entered Medical School.

I am passionate about Women’s Soccer and I hope to contribute all my knowledge to the development of this Great Sport.

I believe that Women’s Soccer needs more development and attention, especially in my country, which is why I support this First and Only International Women’s Soccer Union and Related – SIFFA, because it can provide and guarantee the Labor, Sports and Social Rights of each Player.

SIFFA SERBIA REPRESENTATIVE: MARKO GVOZDENOVIC

My name is Marko GVOZDENOVIC and I am from Serbia. Former Professional Player and Soccer Coach, I am currently a Soccer Agent.

As a coach in my career I have worked with Male and Female Soccer Players in different Clubs.

I want to join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA to improve Women’s Football in Serbia which is at a low level and I am sure with my ability and reputation I can improve it.

I see no reason why Women’s Soccer should not develop in the future.

Currently women do NOT have the same rights as men and deserve to be equal in relation to them.

My goal is through SIFFA to provide Women’s Rights in Football and increase the number of women participating in Football and achieve more popularity and a higher level of competition. Kind regards

I am Valerija HJERTENAES and I represent Norway in the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA.

I have been a lawyer for 15 years, in addition to dedicating myself to business activity in various sectors and, above all, I have collaborated with international organizations and institutions in support of marginalized people, trying to promote support and inclusion.

For this reason, I want to extend the experience acquired in the field of Rights to the world of Women’s Soccer by offering my collaboration to SIFFA, so that all women in the world of Soccer have the same Labor, Sports and Social Rights as Men.

SIFFA CZECH REPUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE: CIRO LAURICELLA

Former Professional Soccer Coach. He obtained the Trainer’s License (C) in the period 2007-2010. Subsequently, I started a career as a recruiter of young talents for various European Clubs. He also completed a Sports Agent course at the Football Agent Academy (FAA) to gain additional skills in the Sports Agent field. I am committed to enforcing Women’s Rights in Football, using my knowledge and resources.

I want to join and support the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA because I live in a country where there is not much development and I would like to contribute my experience to grow Professionalism and Seriousness in Women’s Football.

My greatest commitment is to support and work hard representing the CZECH REPUBLIC.

My name is Tosin Emmanuel, Former Super Falcon Player and currently Owner of Emmatode Football Academy based in Lagos State, Nigeria. My presentation is based on the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA, Founded in 2019 to promote and support Women’s Football. The Mission and commitment is to support and care for each woman who works in the world of Women’s Soccer to raise a remarkable standard, even becoming a Professional Player.

I am Luciano CARÁ, I live in Belgium with my wife and my 3 children. I work as a Sports Agent and do Real Estate Management.

I am the representative in BELGIUM of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA because I deeply appreciate the importance of women and their rights in all aspects of life.

Today, Women’s Soccer is experiencing ever-increasing growth and is gaining recognition and visibility internationally. The level of the game is very high, and the women show that they have the ability to put on an exciting show in matches and tournaments, just like the men. They deserve the same respect and recognition for their talent and dedication to the sport.

My goal is to create a fair and equal environment for all Players, Coaches and Referees and the Like.

I believe in the Defense of Labor, Sports and Social Rights to stand out in any field, regardless of gender. I am excited to contribute to a more equal future for all women in Soccer.

SIFFA PORTUGAL REPRESENTATIVE: CARLA GABRIELLA GUEDES DA COSTA COUTINHO

Gabriella Coutinho, born in Portugal / Porto city where she currently lives.

She is a businesswoman, with more than 20 years of experience in different areas of International Business.
Also Consultant and Coach, are part of the professional career.

Degree in Economic Sciences / International Business Administration, from the European University, as well as mastery of several languages are part of her academic training.

Currently, she assumes Strategic, Administrative, Financial and Operational Management functions in different International Projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

International Humanitarian work is also an important part of her life, especially developing support programs in Portugal and Africa and defending the Rights of disadvantaged Children and Women.

Women are also a fundamental part of the Development of Sports and with their presence they increasingly mark a new History and a new challenge in Sports in this Century. That’s why it is important that Girls and Women have the opportunity to make Football a Profession.

I am Eyerusalem JAMORO, Women’s Soccer Coach. Given my long experience in the world of Soccer, I know its characteristics and needs, which is why I currently belong to the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA, where I will have the Great Responsibility of Developing and carrying out at a professional level, to grow in a necessary prestige and popularity throughout the world, fundamentally to my Country that so badly needs Institutions and management actions that allow empathy for the great needs that are experienced and suffered in ETHIOPIA and that they do not forget that in it we can provide them girls through this wonderful Sport, closing the gaps, promoting equality with men’s Soccer.

My name is Yannick Elio NDOMO, of Cameroonian Nationality.

I am a Former Footballer turned Football Agent. I am 28 years old and I am the father of a child.

I have also worked as General Manager of Soccer Academies. I speak two languages, French and English fluently.

It is a great honor for me to represent the First and Only International of Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA in AZERBAIJAN.

I firmly believe in contributing my experience with the objective of making the best of my efforts as each of the representatives of the entire world.

Knowing that Women’s Soccer still lacks momentum in some countries and the time has come to promote it and what better than SIFFA.

I am currently working at Lebanon Casino as a Gaming Inspector with almost 14 years of experience. I am a Personal Trainer of some free time activities. I speak 3 languages (Arabic, English and French). I am a soccer lover, I spend my time with my son training soccer. The joy of life for me is doing sports. I totally support and agree that women participate in this sport all over the world. He really enjoyed Soccer in general and I think it’s not fair because Men’s Soccer has more support than Women’s Soccer.

I believe, support and dignify the work being carried out by this First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA as each of the representatives of the Countries of the world. SIFFA SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND REPRESENTATIVE: ANDREA MICHELINI

My name is Andrea Michelini: I am a Former Semi-Professional Goalkeeper and I have been working with Soccer for 40 years.

I was born in Rome, Italy and now I live in Ireland. I have dual citizenship: Italian and Irish.

I obtained a Diploma in “Sports Management” in Switzerland and played various roles in Clubs in Switzerland, Italy, Brazil and Ireland.

I have been following the Women’s Soccer movement since the 80s, when it did not yet have the characteristics of a Professional environment.

I also worked with a Dutch Agency, specialized in Women’s Soccer, managing the participation of several members of the Italian National Team that is currently playing in the World Cup, in Australia and New Zealand.

In Ireland I am in charge of supervising the girls from 12 to 18 years old, of the Inter Kenmare Football Club.

I am looking forward to joining the First and Only Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA as I witness how this Union is spreading all over the world.

My name is Özgür Akcay.

I started playing Soccer at the age of six in my hometown of Vienna, Austria. This experience playing Soccer gave me opportunities to

Develop as a Semi-Professional Player. later I became Soccer Coach of Donaufeld Vienna, a Second League Team from Austria. I studied business and Business Management: Financial Planning and Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management, etc.

The great female soccer talent in Zambia inspired me to contribute practice to identify and nurture this talent at the highest level, Local and International. It is precisely for this reason that I am joining the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA in order to help Zambian Young Footballers reach their full potential and an opportunity to showcase their innate talent and natural style of play. It is my greatest desire to contribute to the development of SIFFA.

SIFFA SOUTH AFRICA REPRESENTATIVE: DR. NONTSIKELELO NTSIKI NCOCO

Dra. In Education, with honors, Specialist in Economics and Education, studied at Walter Sisulu University, South Africa. She lives between Kariega and Johannesburg. She is passionate about education and economic growth. She coaches women and girls in personal development, personal mastery in all areas of life.

SIFFA is the First International Union for women in Women’s Soccer. I am excited and honored to participate as a representative of the Women’s Football International Union and Related- SIFFA in South Africa. SIFFA, was founded in 2019, a Great International Platform that promotes and supports Global Women’s Soccer, promoting the defense of Labor, Sports and Social Rights of all women in Women’s Soccer. There is a huge amount of untapped female talent in the sport of soccer in our country. I want to support Women’s Rights in Soccer.

SIFFA INDIA REPRESENTATIVE: AMAN ROHAN HEMCHAND

Over the past decade, India has evolved from a single-sport Nation to a multi-sport Nation. In 2007, former FIFA president Sepp Blatter called India the “sleeping giant”.

Women’s Rights issues and the lack of representation of women footballers have hampered the growth of Football in India despite some positive results.

The participation of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA will facilitate India’s growth in Women’s Labour, Sports and Social Rights Representation in Women’s Football. By promoting SIFFA, a big change can be made to encourage more women to get involved in Football at all levels SIFFA is the change India needs to advance the Sport of Women’s Football in the country and awaken the ‘Sleeping Giant’

I express my gratitude, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to be able to Represent SIFFA in India and I am confident that there will be many wonderful things to come from this experience.

SIFFA SENEGAL REPRESENTATIVE: TOUMANE SISSOKO

My name is Toumane Sissoko, I was born in Senegal and I have lived in Germany for 37 years. I have participated in 5 World Cups and in the Olympic Games in Canada, several times since 1986. In Cairo, I participated in the European Cups

I am ready to represent the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA to promote Women’s Football around the world; particularly in Africa and especially at home, in Senegal, because SIFFA is doing an excellent titanic job and I will do everything possible so that everyone in my country talks about the SIFFA Revolution and its Multidimensional Project. So everyone can participate in this Union.

SIFFA ARMENIA REPRESENTATIVE: GURGEN SAGHUMYAN

My name is Gurgen Saghumyan from Armenia, I am a Former Professional Player through Clubs like URARTU Football Club and PYUNIK Football Club. I participated in the Under 15/17 Category of the Armenian Youth Teams.

At the age of 23, I came to Argentina to join the Club Deportivo Armenian.

My job is Jeweler, Jewelry Maker.

In 2018 I started to Represent and mediate male and female Soccer Players, taking them to Armenia. I speak several languages such as Spanish, Armenian, Russian, basic English.

I join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA to this Great Project because I understand the problems of Women’s Football. I will add and contribute all my knowledge and ability.

SIFFA FRANCE REPRESENTATIVE: ANTHONY RÉVEILLÈRE

Anthony Réveillère, is a former French International Soccer Player who played at Stade Rennais and Olympique Lyonnais in France, Valencia – Spain, Naples in Italy and Sunderland – England.

At the end of his career, he trained as a General Director of a Professional Club. Recently graduated, he was in the position of Sports Director for two seasons in a 5th Division Goal Football Club. During this 2023-2024 season, he will comment on Olympique Lyonnais matches as Sports Consultant.

He supported the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA, representing France. I feel honored to have been considered in this Mission to Defend the Labor, Sports and Social Rights of Women’s Soccer. I will offer my commitment, with knowledge and experience for having been a Former Professional Soccer Player in the media and thus take my stone to the SIFFA building.

SIFFA AUSTRIA REPRESENTATIVE: WERNER TROST

I have the experience and knowledge from having been very involved in Football in Austria for 45 years.

As a Player, Coach, Board Member, Manager. This is how I know all aspects of Soccer. I have been Executive Director of FCM Flyeralarm Traiskirchen Football Club, for 10 years, both in the Men’s Teams, Youth Teams, Women’s Teams and within the latter all the Youth Teams.

I am very happy and very proud to join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA to further promote Women’s Football and Defend Labor, Sports and Social Rights in Austria with my experience.

SIFFA GHANA REPRESENTATIVE: THEOPHILUS T. CROMWELL

I am Theophilus T. Cromwell from Ghana. Entrepreneur at the intersection of strategy, innovation, insights and investments to design his development strategies, marketing, investor presentations and development funds globally.

I have always had the dream of supporting female soccer players from my country, so I started some collaborations in the past for international sports, focusing on organizing Programs for Young Soccer Players from one country to another.

I am especially attracted to the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA for all Women in Football, a laudable mission of helping Soccer Players around the world to reach their full potential and defending Labor, Sports and Social Rights; I will protect this to help SIFFA achieve its goals, for Women’s Football in my country Ghana where I was appointed to represent.

I admire the SIFFA values and believe that my contribution will help the success of this Women’s Football organization.

Quiero representar a mi país Guiné Bissau para SIFFA, la Primer y Único Sindicato Internacional de Fútbol Femenino y Afines en el mundo.

He sido ex jugador de Fútbol y más de 25 años Agente FIFA y Presidente del Fútbol Clube SAD en Portugal. Además de dedicarme a negocios en varios sectores soy Presidente de la Fundación Winner Sport en Guiné Bissau y sobre todo he colaborado con organismos e instituciones internacionales en apoyo de personas marginadas y tratando de promover el apoyo y la inclusión.

Por lo tanto, quiero extender la experiencia adquirida en el campo de los derechos al mundo del fútbol femenino ofreciendo mi colaboración a SIFFA, para que cada mujer en el mundo del fútbol tenga los mismos derechos que los hombres, igualdad de oportunidades y salario.

Junto con el sindicato SIFFA, queremos llevar finalmente el mundo del fútbol femenino a un nivel altamente profesional y ofrecer protección laboral en todos los sectores laborales de este deporte en todos los países del mundo.  

 

SIFFA BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA REPRESENTATIVE : PEDRAG VLADIC

My name is Predrag VLAD, I am 25 years old, I have been involved in the world of Soccer all my life, coming to play Professionally for the Bosnia and Herzegovina Youth National Team.

I am currently studying at a Higher School for Men’s and Women’s Trainers, that is how I met many Women’s Soccer Players and Coaches, as well as I have seen many talented young women and I realized that the perspective of Women’s Soccer in my Country is lower and lower, for which it is necessary to Support, Accompany and Defend Labor, Sports and Social Rights.

I will give all my support to the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA in the process of developing Women’s Football and from my place protect the Rights of the Players. It is not a Great Honor to be the Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

SIFFA GUINEA REPRESENTATIVE: FOFANA KARAMOKO

My name is Fofana KARAMOKO, I am 33 years old, I am from Guinea and I live in CONAKRY, more precisely in the town of RETOMA.

My profession is FIFA Agent.

I have joined the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA with great enthusiasm and a heart full of emotion, with the aim of fighting for the cause.

As a Soccer Agent, I have worked for a long time with players from Africa and Turkey, where I represent two Players.

For more than 2 years, I have been fighting for a Better Future for Soccer Players, a fight that continues to date to give Women’s Soccer a decent future, since Soccer Players are passionate about this Sport.

I remain committed to SIFFA to seek the best future for our Soccer Players.

I take advantage of this moment to thank the President of the First and Only International Women’s Football and Allied Union, SIFFA and all the members of the Platform for their Dedication and Commitment.

The fight continues and will continue to be a defined objective.

SIFFA BRAZIL REPRESENTATIVE: ADRIANO BARBOZA

I am Adriano Barbosa of Brazilian Nationality, but I have lived in Spain for 32 years because I came to play Futsal and I stayed in this Country.

I am currently a UEFA Futsal Coach – Level 3 and I work as a Player Representative for Stadia Agency.

I joined the First and Only International of Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA because I have the desire and the ability to grow and consolidate Women’s Football in Brazil and thus be able to help the Players to assert their Labor, Sports Rights. and Social.

I thank my friend Andrea SAFINA and through him the President of the SIFFA Union for having the honor of representing Brazil.

SIFFA NORTH MACEDONIA REPRESENTATIVE: VALENTIN STOILOVIC

My name is Valentin STOILOVIC from North Macedonia.

I am a former Soccer Player, currently Coach and President of a Soccer Club in the First Division of North Macedonia.

Today I am working with many Male and Female Players, from all categories.

I am honestly very excited to have joined the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA, to help improve Women’s Football in my Country, which is at a very Low Level, but clearly has room for improvement.

I am sure that with my Work and Experience I will be able to help Women’s Football in North Macedonia.

My Goal is to Provide and Guarantee More Rights to Women in Soccer, increase the number of women who practice this beautiful Sport, and thus achieve more popularity and a higher Level of Competition.

SIFFA PERU REPRESENTATIVE: DR. AMBER GOMEZ BULNES

My name is Ámbar GÓMEZ BULNES, a lawyer by profession, with completed postgraduate studies in a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights and a Doctorate in Law.

I have 10 years of work experience as a Lawyer, working as Head of Human Resources, Legal Advisor in Local and Regional Governments of my Country.

I am the Founder of the Association of “ALL MY WORK IS YOURS” that promotes access to Justice in its different forms in the Country, both Social, Health, Psychological, Medical, Legal, Dental and others, and whose purpose is to promote the Work articulated between the different Institutions of the Country.

I appreciate the opportunity to be a Representative in my Country of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA because women who dedicate themselves to this beautiful Profession also need to know their Rights, Duties, and be defended at work against actions that violate their Dignity as People, where I intend that fair treatment prevail in the Profession and in its Related .

SIFFA SLOVENIA REPRESENTATIVE: MATJAZ VOGLAR

I am Matjaz VOGLAR, I have many years of Management experience in the Sports Industry, as an Event Organizer, I am a Club Executive,

Player Agent, and Founder of a Soccer Startup. I have successfully navigated the complexities of both local and International Soccer environments. Throughout my career, I have been featured as a Slovenian Country Representative within a Global Multinational Corporation. I had the joy of effectively managing my own companies.

My Positive, Strong and Leadership Attitude and Passion for Soccer encourages me to Support the First and Only International Union of Women’s Football and Related- SIFFA in its Mission to Support this Beautiful Sport.

SIFFA LATVIA REPRESENTATIVE: OLIVER SCHLEGL

My name is Oliver SCHLEGL, I am a former Professional Referee. Management Consultant in the Service Industry. I currently live in Latvia, but I am a German National.

I have been in the Football Business for more than 10 years. I was Sports Manager of the Latvian League, having as Mission Development, Squad Planning, Data Exploration and Player Representation.

My Objective is to Support and Promote the Development of Girls and Women.

Women’s Football is still in its infancy in Latvia, but it is continuously growing. This growth is to further expand through the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA

SIFFA DENMARK REPRESENTATIVE : JIM HOLM LARSEN

My name is Jim Holm LARSEN, I currently reside in Aalborg, DENMARK.

He has extensive experience in the Soccer Field, having worked for 12 years in various roles such as Coach, Analyst and Project Manager.

Currently, he holds the position of Head of Scouting in a Danish Professional Club.

During my career, I have acquired Knowledge and Skills in various aspects of Soccer that I consider will be of great value for working together with the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA.

My Main Objective is to promote the Rights in Women’s Soccer and Encourage the participation of more women in this Sport.

I firmly believe that my Experience and Network of Contacts can significantly contribute to this Purpose.

I am committed to working hard together with SIFFA to promote the growth of Women’s Soccer, increase its Popularity and Raise its Level of Competition, collaborating in the implementation of Measures and Programs that promote the Integral Development of the Players, as well as the Promotion and Dissemination of the Women’s Soccer in Society.

Hello, my name is Kafui ADAKOU AYEBOUA, of Togolese origin, among my activities I am Office Secretary and Restaurateur.

I have great admiration for the world of Women’s Soccer. On this occasion I represent the REPUBLIC of TOGO and for me it is a Great Honor to belong to the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related – SIFFA and above all to contribute my desire to help the development of Women’s Football and Guarantee their Labor, Sports Rights and Social.

SIFFA CHINA REPRESENTATIVE: DRAGOLJUB BEŠEVIĆ

I am Dragoljub BESEVIC from Serbia, Former Soccer Player and currently Coach.

My years of experience have allowed me to work with both men’s and women’s soccer teams.

I live in China and I am glad to have joined the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA to improve Women’s Football in this Country.

Women’s Soccer in China is at a Good Level, but there is a lot of room for improvement and progress in all segments, starting with the Players, Coaches, Referees.

Women should have the same Rights as men in Football, and that is one of the reasons why I want to support SIFFA and fight for it. We can do a lot for Women’s Soccer at the World Level and promote it day by day and raise its Level. Greetings.

SIFFA QATAR REPRESENTATIVE: FATHI AKOUBI

I am Fathi AKOUBI, Former Soccer Player and currently Soccer Agent and Media Personality living in the state of Qatar.

During my career in Soccer and the media, I have dealt with cases in which I had to Defend Women’s Rights for equal treatment in both Professional fields.

I am convinced that Women’s Football in Qatar still lacks Awareness, Development and Equitable Investment. By joining the project of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related- SIFFA, I have proudly decided to add value to Women’s Soccer and use my Reputation and Relations to improve the situation of Women’s Soccer in the Country.

SIFFA BOTSWANA REPRESENTATIVE: SIPHO SHAVEN

I am, Sipho Shaven, from Botswana. A small country in the southern hemisphere of Africa, I have a great experience in Soccer. I started playing at the age of 12.

I worked as a Football Manager over the years and sometimes as Sports Marketing.

Working with both male and female soccer players, up to being a Soccer Players Agent, with the experience I gained over the years in sports with different Categories and Levels in the game, I noticed the gap between one and the other.

I am grateful to be able to join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA to develop Women’s Football with the objective of Defending Labor, Sports and Social Rights in Women’s Football and that they can compete at the highest level.

SIFFA ECUADOR REPRESENTATIVE: IVÁN JACINTO HURTADO ANGULO

My beginnings in Soccer were when I was 14 years old, which was a real pride because I had the honor of wearing the colors of my country in its Youth Categories, being Captain of all the National Teams.

I was the President of the Association of Soccer Players of Ecuador, a period in which Historic Milestones in our Soccer were achieved: the stoppage of the National Tournament in July 2014, so the National Government, through a Ministerial Agreement of 2015, recognized the Soccer Player as a Professional with the same benefits as an ordinary worker. The most important thing achieved was the affiliation to the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security IESS

Why do I agree to be the Representative of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA?

In my family, I was always instilled in providing and receiving fair and dignified treatment towards others, never allowing abuse towards the unprotected, never putting anyone down and always fighting for the common good. That is why I am determined to face responsibly and to represent with honor, sacrifice and work the First and Only International Union of Women’s Soccer and Related, SIFFA.

SIFFA GREECE REPRESENTATIVE: YANNIS GEORGARAS

My name is Loannis Yannis Georgaras. I have been a Soccer Player in the National League.

I have worked as Head Coach of several 2nd and 3rd Division Teams and Clubs in Greece and as Technical Director in Cyprus.

I am very interested and willing to work with the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA to promote Women’s Football in Greece.

I believe that there is a lot of potential and talent in the Greek Soccer Players and thus work to improve their Opportunities, Conditions and Development.

I wholeheartedly support the objective of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA to promote and defend Labor, Sports and Social Rights in Women’s Soccer Worldwide, since I firmly believe that women should have the same opportunities to access Soccer at a Professional Level.

I also feel that women Soccer Athletes will be the Protagonists of a change, guaranteeing their rights, access to Professional Competitions and Representation in Professional Organizations, which is a goal I would like to work towards in Greece.

I believe that the more the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA, grows, the more it will be able to attract the interest of women to participate in Football at Professional and Labor Level. I would like to be a part of this effort.

I am Fatiha Lamara, a dedicated and committed Professional with a diverse Training in Law, Political Science and Business. Having studied in Paris, I have gained a solid educational foundation and a global perspective.

I am excited for the opportunity to be a Project Representative of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA.

I believe that establishing this innovation requires strong Skills, Public Relations, Communication. As a Women’s Rights Defender, I am pleased to see the significant achievements made by Algerian women in various Sports fields.

I recognize that Women’s Soccer presents unique challenges in terms of stimulation, motivation and interest among women. I firmly believe that supporting, encouraging and motivating and defending the Labor, Sports and Social Rights of all Women’s Soccer Professionals will be the driving force to determine the growth of Women’s Soccer and its Related.

My name Antanas Sakavickas from Lithuania.

It is a great honor to be the Representative of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA, in my country.

I have been in Professional Sports for 28 years as an Agent and Sports Manager.

I agree to represent and collaborate with SIFFA, because Women’s Soccer is the future for many women who choose to belong.

SIFFA will help the growth of Women’s Soccer. It is my commitment to help and work for the Labor, Sports and Social Rights of the Players and also for all those who work for the Related: Referees, Managers, Employers, Coaches.

SIFFA ABU. DHABI REPRESENTATIVE: BERNARD JEAN EMILE SEMAANI

My name Bernard Jean Emile Semaani, 55 years old. He currently works for Boutique Resorts in Wales, Great Britain as a Guest Relations Manager. He is also the owner of Master Vacation Club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates since July 2022.

A 33-year career in the Hotel and Tourism Industry began with Hilton Hotels on Margarita Island, and I currently work between Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

He speaks 4 languages: English, French, Arabic and Spanish.

I join this great project of the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA because I understand the problems of Women’s Soccer. My commitment, my experience, knowledge and ability will be at the service of SIFFA as a Representative of my country

SIFFA ALBANIA REPRESENTATIVE: MERGIM MAVRAJ

My name is Mergim Mavraj, I am a Former Professional Soccer Player. I have two seasons for Germany

Selection under-21 and 50 times for Albania and with the National Team in 2016, in the European Championship.

I also have more than 300 games in 1st and 2nd in German Soccer, Bundesliga completed. I also have international experience in Greece.

I studied Administration, after my degree. My training as a Coach began in Albania. She coached the Albanian U-17 Women’s National Team.

I join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA with great pride and contribute my experience to defend Labor, Sports and Social Rights, develop and promote Women’s Football and its Related in Albania.

SIFFA NETHERLANDS REPRESENTATIVE: ELISABETH VERLUYTEN

My name is Elisabeth Verluyten and I work for the International Committee of the Red Cross as a Partnership Coordinator.

She represented the Netherlands for the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA.

I have dedicated my professional life for the past 25 years to supporting people affected by conflict and disaster through my work with the Red Cross Movement around the world. In all my travels there has been a Sport that unites people across invisible borders, and it is Soccer.

Every year we see that more and more people are passionate about Women’s Soccer. I wish to offer my knowledge and skills to support SIFFA to ensure that all women can enjoy this Sport and become great Professionals. Securing and defending your Rights adequate Remuneration, access to Quality Training and a safe place to participate either in training or in Athletic Competition. I also want to support women from marginalized groups to access sport and develop their potential.

SIFFA MONTENEGRO REPRESENTATIVE: SLAVISA JELIC

I am Slavisa Jelic from Montenegro. I am a former Soccer Player and I currently work as a Coach.

In my career I have worked with many different National Teams as a coach.

I want to join the First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA and improve and help Women’s Football in Montenegro, because the level is very low.

I am sure that Women’s Football in Montenegro can reach another, more professional level and even improve.

Representing SIFFA in my country is a distinction.

SIFFA DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO REPRESENTATIVE : SUZANNE EIBL ANGIOM

My name is Angiom Suzanne Eibl and I own a business in Austria, Liechtenstein and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In addition, I dedicate myself to politics in D.R. of the Congo as Women’s Representative for the ARCO Political Party. I am Austrian and Congolese, but through my various businesses, I have spent most of the year in the D.R. Congo and I am aware of the customs of the country and the cultural differences with Europe.

The First and Only International Women’s Football Union and Related, SIFFA, presents a huge opportunity in the world of Women’s Soccer. Through SIFFA, the defense of Labor, Sports and Social Rights can be ensured for each woman who works in Women’s Soccer. SIFFA will elevate Women’s Soccer to a World Level
